PURPOSE: A solid state photographing device and an electronic device are provided to suppress color shift in a pixel unit from the center of a photographing area to an area around the photographing area. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixel units(100) is arranged in a photographing area by one unit of pixels(10) corresponding to different colors. A shift amount of a location of each pixel in the pixel unit is different according to a distance or a color from the center of a photographing area of a corresponding pixel unit. A light receiving area of each pixel in the pixel unit is different according to a distance or a color from the center of the photographing area of the corresponding pixel unit.
