PURPOSE: An e-banking supporting system for win-win cooperation is provided to supply convenience to 1st and 2nd corporations by linking a server of a parent enterprise with a computer system of a financial agency. CONSTITUTION: A fund support system of a win-win cooperation finance support system(200) includes a fund support module(211) and an e-banking support module(212). A risk monitoring system(230) has the functions for verifying the propriety of a successful bid price, managing the variations in the price of core raw materials and monitoring the failure of a contract of a collaboration company. A 1st collaboration company terminal(300) requests a service form the win-win cooperation finance support system, and a 2nd collaboration company terminal(400) registers a collaboration company as a member company to the win-win cooperation finance support system.
