PURPOSE: A fig cereal bar including figs and double boiled white chocolate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize nutritious loss of a raw material and to enable everyone to eat the fig cereal bar as nutritious snacks by mixing roasted brown rice and fig powder with the double boiled white chocolate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fig cereal bar comprises: a step(S1) of washing brown rice; a step(S2) of steaming the washed brown rice at 70-80°C and drying the brown rice using hot wind; a step(S3) of roasting the dried brown rice at 200-250°C for 15-25 minutes; a step(S4) of drying frozen fig using the hot wind; a step(S5) of pulverizing the dried figs using a roll pulverizing device; a step(S6) of completely drying the pulverized figs; a step(S7) of pulverizing the completely pulverized figs; a step(S8) of cooking white chocolate in a double boiler; a step(S9) of mixing the roasted brown rice and figs powder with the double boiled white chocolate; and a step(S10) of freezing the mixture in a molding frame at (-3)-(-5)°C.
