PURPOSE: A composition containing a specific primer and endogenous standard substance for detecting HPV and a detection method using the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting HPV(human papillomavirus) comprises: a primer selected from sequence numbers 1-8, and a primer of sequence number 9 or 10. The composition additionally contains a probe comprising sequences of sequence numbers 11 and 12. The composition additionally contains buffer solution, DNA polymerase, dNTP, nucleic acid dye, and sterilized distilled water. A method for detecting HPV comprises: a step of obtaining a sample from an individual; and a step of amplifying and detecting HPV gene.
