PURPOSE: A coaxial cable is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using a smooth aluminum conductor instead of using corrugated copper. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial cable comprises an inner conductor(102), a foam insulator(104), an outer conductor(106), and an outer cover(108). The foam insulator surrounds the inner conductor. The foam insulator is made of foamed polyethylene which has a foaming degree which ranges from 64% to 84%. The outer conductor surrounds the foam insulator. The outer conductor is made of smooth aluminum. The thickness of the outer conductor is 0.1mm or 0.5mm. The outer cover surrounds the outer conductor.
