PURPOSE: An elevating apparatus for pressing is provided to create a fixed processing condition by maintaining fixed pressure for a fixed period of time at a descending bottom point. CONSTITUTION: An elevating apparatus(10) for pressing comprises an eccentric rotator(12), an operating rod(14), and a moving piece(13). The eccentric rotator is eccentrically rotated by the power of a power generating unit(11). The operating rod is coupled or connected to the eccentric rotator. The operation rod transmits a vertical reciprocating motion to a load by converting eccentric rotating force into vertical reciprocating motion. The eccentric rotator comprises an closed curve shaped eccentric cam rod(12b) and a pressing force retaining part(12c). The pressing force retaining part is formed around a rotary shaft(12a). The pressing force retaining part is formed on the rotary shaft at fixed intervals.
