PURPOSE: An image division expressing method and an image division reproducing device therefor are provided to realizes high functionalization and high quality of a large screen image display system or a large screen image display device. CONSTITUTION: An original image(1) is divided into a plurality of images(4) with high resolution. The divided images are divided and reproduced through image reproducing devices(2). The divided and reproduced image signals are successively reproduced/expressed through an image display device(3) configuring the same large screen as resolution of the original image. Therefore, the image with high definition is expressed on the large screen without degradation of picture quality.
