<p>Apparatus for performing an aquatic exercise comprising a frame 6 with a hand grip portion 4 and 2 fins 8 and 10 which can be selectively attached to the frame 6 to be at right angles with it wherein the apparatus floats. The fins 8 and 10 and frame 6 may be panels so that when the fins 8 and 10 are removed it can be easily transported. The fins 8 and 10 and frame 6 may have cooperating slots 16 to hold them together and magnets or elastic cords 24 may be used to strengthen the connection. The hand grip 4 may be an aperture in the frame 6. The device may be made of plastic such as a closed cell rigid foam polyvinyl chloride material. A plurality of frames may be connected together by a fin.</p> |
