PURPOSE: An injection system with a heat insulation unit is provided to improve molded product quality by preventing the deformation of melted resin due to re-heating and the loss of energy due to frequent re-heating. CONSTITUTION: An injection system with a heat insulation unit comprises a dispensing unit(D), a nozzle(N), a mold(M), and a first heat insulating unit(S1). The injecting port and the discharging port(13) of the dispensing unit and dispenses the molten resin provided from the injection machine. The dispensing unit has a heat transfer element(20). The nozzle is installed in the discharging port of the dispensing unit. The mold contacts with the nozzle and has a space(M3). The first heat insulating unit is installed on a contact side of the mold and the nozzle. The first heat insulating unit is a refractory layer(Sc).
