PURPOSE: A snoring and sleep apnea prevention oral cavity apparatus is provided, which prevents the tongue from being drooped rearward by raising the tongue in sleep. CONSTITUTION: A snoring and sleep apnea prevention oral cavity apparatus comprises: a upper teeth receiving part(10) and a lower teeth receiving part(20) in which a space for receiving the tooth is formed and a hanging protrusion is respectively formed to prevent rearward movement in the state that mandible is advanced to the front; and a lifting part(30) which lifts uvula and soft palate in the state that the upper teeth receiving part is combined with the lower teeth receiving part. The lifting part comprises a handle part and a uvula and soft palate hanging part.
