PURPOSE: A chair folding device for a table attached chair is provided, which makes automatically fold a chair when a user is separated from the chair. CONSTITUTION: A chair folding device for a table attached chair comprises: a subframe(10) formed in the bottom of a table; a chair leg formed in the bottom of the chair; a chair leg receiver in which the chair leg is ascended and descended; a vertical support(20) which is perpendicularly combined with the end part of the subframe; a control cap(30) which is inserted into the vertical support and is fixed and combined; a link frame(40) in which one side is combined with the vertical support and the other side is combined with a chair leg receiver; and a coil spring(50) in which the respective end is fixed to a fixing block and a moving block.
