PURPOSE: A valve for controlling oil pressure and a controller for torque converter therewith are provided to supply the pressure of a working liquid to a plurality of valves and switch more than a predetermined by installing an integrated valve. CONSTITUTION: A lock up switch valve(20) determines the operation of a lock up device. A torque converter control valve(30) controls the pressure of fluid provided to a torque converter to control the lock up. A reducing valve(60) controls the supply pressure of the torque converter and a solenoid valve. An integrated control valve supplies working liquid supplied from an oil pump to the lock up switch valve and the torque converter control valve to control the pressure of the torque converter.
