PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fermented products using germinated winter cereal and dried mushroom is provided to improve the taste and the flavor of the fermented products, to maintain the excellent properties of winter cereal, and to enhance the absorption rate of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fermented products using germinated winter cereal comprises the following steps: germinating winter cereal; mixing the germinated winter cereal and dried mushroom in a weight ratio of 70-95:5-30 and sprouting the materials; fermenting the sprouted germinated winter cereal and the dried mushroom; drying the fermented mixture and pulverizing the mixture.
