Implant system and bone implant

The system has anchoring substance for anchoring a bone implant (10) in a bone (K). The substance is a polymer or polymer mixture that is dissolvable and liquefiable by a biocompatible, water-soluble solvent. The dismantling time of the polymer or polymer mixture is 12-36 months. The substance contains bone substitute material such as tricalcium and/or hydroxyapatite. The substitute material is in the form of small porous particle i.e. pellet. The bone implant has a holding section (11) made of biocompatible metal, biocompatible ceramic or biocompatible plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for setting a bone implant in a bone of a living animal or a human body.
