PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing scorched rice tea is provided to obtain improved taste and flavor of the scorched rice tea by mixing Polygonatum odoratum powder with hard boiled rice powder and to be used for vending machine by pulverizing the scorched rice tea powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing scorched rice tea comprises the following steps: washing rice and dipping the washed rice in water; manufacturing hard boiled rice after removing the moisture of the rice; drying the hard boiled rice; roasting the dried hard boiled rice until the hard boiled rice changes into a yellow color; pulverizing the roasted hard boiled rice; and mixing Polygonatum odoratum powder with the pulverized hard boiled rice.
