PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a clip code for electric power supply of a tattoo instrument is provided, which prevents shake in use and makes a connection part of a spring and a hanger loop strong. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a clip code for electric power supply of a tattoo instrument comprises: a step of riveting a torsion spring(1), an insulating plate(2), a washer(3), and a hanger loop(4) after assembly; a step of riveting by assembling the rivet, washer, insulating plate, strong bond, adhesion tube successively after inserting the washer into a hole of the torsion spring; a step of assembling the opposite side of the torsion spring in the same method; a step of covering with the adhesion contraction tube and performing contraction by applying heat; and a step of inserting the strong bond into the insulating plate. |
