PURPOSE: A double fuel fryer is provided to prevent overflow of fuel when charging fuel by connecting a auxiliary fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A double fuel fryer comprises a ball valve, a frying tank, an auxiliary heater, a blower motor a circular heater, a fuel heating heater, an electromagnetic pump, a gas tank, a flow meter, a fuel filter, and an auxiliary tank. The auxiliary tank is detachable. A cooking oil, which is firstly used, is supplied to the fuel tank by opening a ball valve. Fuel is saved in the tank after passing through a first fuel filter. The fuel of the fuel tank moves to a second fuel tank. A fuel heating heater and a temperature controller keep the temperature of fuel 40°C. The sprayed fuel is lighted by an igniter. A blower motor supplies oxygen to lighted fuel. |
