摘要

PURPOSE: A composition containing cell line derived from cambium of Panax ginseng for enhancing immunity is provided to enhance NK cell activation and aceuired immune response. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunity contains innately undifferentiated cell line, crush product, extract, or culture liquid thereof. A method for isolating the cell line comprises: a step of obtaining storage root containing cambium of Panax ginseng; a step of culturing the storage tissue in a medium containing IAA(Indole-3-acetic acid) or IBA(Indole-3-butyric acid) to induce cambium-derived cell line; a step of inducing osmotic stress to the storage tissue; and a step of collecting induced cambium-derived cell line.
