<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide casein hydrolyzate-containing granulated substance highly containing protein, having a high precipitation property and/or a dispersing property, and excellent in solubility; to provide powdery food and drink containing the casein hydrolyzate-containing granulated substance; and to provide the casein hydrolyzate-containing food and drink using the powdery food and drink. <P>SOLUTION: The casein hydrolyzate-containing granulated substance contains casein hydrolyzate, ≥70 mass% of protein, ≤1 mass% of fat and ≤1 mass% of lactose, and has an average grain diameter of ≥50μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
