PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing jam using yam and garlic is provided to enable a user to naturally eat effective components of the yam by manufacturing adding sugar to the yam, the garlic, and herbs and heating the materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing jam using yam and garlic comprise: a step(S100) of removing the rhizome of the yam, peeling the skin of the yam, and washing the yam; a step(S200) of manufacturing a firs mixture by pulverizing the yam, garlic, and herbs into a size of 1-5mm; a step(S300) of heating the pulverized first mixture at 90-110°C for 30-40 minutes; and a step(S400) of manufacturing a second mixture by adding the herbs to the heated mixture and heating the mixture at 90-110°C for 3-5 minutes. |
