PURPOSE: A system and a method for analyzing a service quality index are provided to supply a service quality evaluation model for accurately evaluating the quality of service. CONSTITUTION: A classification operating unit(121) creates classification data for each factor by classifying survey result data for each factor, and a score-by-factor operating unit(122) generates score data for each factor by calculating a score for each factor. A service quality index operating unit(123) generates service quality index data by calculating the service quality index from the score data for each factor. A service quality index analysis data generating unit(124) generates service quality index analysis data by using the service quality index data and counselor data. |
