PURPOSE: An internet banking apparatus using a facility management system and a method thereof are provided to connect the facility management system with internet banking, thereby conveniently paying for a service. CONSTITUTION: A building management system server(50) provides a building management service. If a construction company sets payment, the building management system server encrypts/provides payment information. A bank system(80) receives/stores the payment information. If a person who approves transfer completes approval, the bank system transfers the payment to the construction company. |
