PURPOSE: A device for removing rust or scale inside a pipe is provided to remove rust or scales as an air injection unit rotates air and water or generates vertex in the air or water. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing rust or scale inside a pipe comprises a body(10), a backflow prevention valve, an air injection unit(30), and a fixing unit(40). The body has an inlet port(11), an outlet port(13), an air communicating hole(14), an air inlet(15), and a joining hole(18). The air inlet is formed identically with the transfer direction of the water. The backflow prevention valve is comprised of a valve fixing unit, a valve supporting unit, an opening and closing unit, a guide rod, and a spring. The opening and closing unit opened and closed on one side of the valve fixing unit. One side of the guide rod is installed on the valve supporting part. The other side of the guide rod is inserted into the guiding hole of the opening and closing unit. The air injection unit obliquely sprays air through a discharge hole(33).
