PURPOSE: A rotor for a synchronous motor is provided to prevent a core member from being separated or damaged by inserting a rotor coil member into a magnetic pole generation groove. CONSTITUTION: A core member(1) has a rotary shaft insertion hole(11), a plurality of coil forming holes(12), and a plurality of magnetic pole generation grooves(13). A plurality of coil forming holes and a plurality of the magnetic pole generation groove are formed around an outer surface of the rotary shaft insertion hole. An end-rings(2) is stacked on the upper surface and the lower surface of the core member and has a plurality of coil injection holes. A rotor coil member is fixed to the coil injection hole.
