The stabilizing element (1) has a body (2) consisting of pre-stressed armoring s (3a, 3b) overlapping at two ends of the body. The body is formed of an artificial stone e.g. brick, lime sand stone or cement stone. The body is provided with lengthwise slots (4), which are designed as a starting point for drilling through or piercing the body with armoring rods. Cross section of the body is defined between two opposite lengthwise slots and consists of bars and hollow spaces, which enable drilling through or piercing of the body.
