PURPOSE: A water-proof electronic balance, which increases the reliability of mathematical measured data, is provided to increase the accuracy of measuring by maintaining the uniform angle of an inclined plate. CONSTITUTION: A water-proof electronic balance comprises a protective cover(30), a top part, a lower part and a load cell(40). A measurement object is placed on the protective cover. The top part locates in the lower of the protective cover. The lower part is interfered in the floor side. The load cell detects the electric signal comparing with to the load of the measurement object. The top part comprises the first inclined plate, the first flat board, the first side plate and the first bottom board.
