BUTYLBENZENE PHTHALEIN SELF-EMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM, ITS PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION

Butylbenzene phthalein Self-emulsifying Drug Delivery System(SEDDS), its preparation method and application. Said SEDDS comprises 1 % - 65 % butylbenzene phthalein and 10 % - 65 % emulsifier as essential constitutents. Said SEDDS can be used for the manufacture of various solid or liquid dosage forms (e.g., tablet, soft/hard capsule and others). The present SEDDS can self-emulsify in the gastrointestinal tract, increasing the contact area between the gastrointestinal tract and the drug, and accordingly improving absorptivity of drug.
