PURPOSE: A beer supply assembly is provided to prevent the loss of beer by recycling the existing beer supply assembly by preventing the strong jet of the beer due to gas pressure. CONSTITUTION: A beer supply assembly comprises a gas-storage tank(110), a lager tank(120), a cooling device(130), a feeder(150) and a beer amount detecting apparatus(140). Gas is saved in the gas-storage tank. Beer is saved in the lager tank. The gas of the gas-storage tank is inserted into the lager tank and mixed with the saved beer. A refrigerator cools the beer exhausted with the gas pressure from the lager tank. Cooled beer is discharged from the refrigerator to outside.
