PURPOSE: A bicycle input-output device for a bicycle parking lot for enabling a user to safely park a plurality of bicycles in a small/narrow place is provided to automatically carry a bicycle on a parking plate. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle input-output device for a bicycle parking lot comprises a rotating unit, a transport unit(210) and a warehousing and delivery unit(310). The rotating unit is installed on the elevating member(104) of the bicycle parking lot. A mounting plate is settled on the top of the elevating member. A driving gear is fixed on the top of the mounting plate. The driving gear is operated with a first motor. The driven gear is fixed on the top of the setting plate and is engaged with the driving gear. A combining plate is installed on the top of the driven gear. A fixed ring is fixed on the top of the setting plate. The fixed ring locates in the inner side of the driven gear. The bearing is installed between the inner side of the driven gear and the fixed ring. The transport unit is installed on the rotating unit.
