PURPOSE: A door locking releasing device for a vehicle and a sheet thereof are provided to minimize the noise of induced static electricity received through a sheet by passing through the electricity to a capacitance sensor through a penetration hole. CONSTITUTION: A one side of a sheet(200) is attached to the glass inside the glass of a vehicle. A function key for locking or releasing the door of a vehicle is illustrated in one side of the sheet. Opened one side of a housing(300) is attached to the other side of the sheet. A control board(400) is installed in the housing. The control board is connected to the ECU(Electronic Control Unit) of a vehicle. The control board executes the locking/releasing operation of a vehicle in response to the function key. A plurality of capacitance sensors are installed in the control board. The capacitance sensor senses the finger of a user which is contiguous to the function key.
