PURPOSE: An electrochemical device is provided to economically form patterns of nanotubes using anodic oxidation alumina as a substrate, to easily control a composition and phase through simple processes, to increase a reactive area, and to reduce internal loss which is generated due to resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrochemical device comprises the following steps: forming an alumina layer(110b) through anodic oxidation of both sides of aluminum thin fragments; forming nanotubes(140) by depositing ion-conductive materials on pores of the alumina layer; eliminating the aluminum thin fragments from the alumina layer in which the nanotubes are formed; and exposing the tip of the nanotubes toe the outer part of the alumina layer by partially removing the alumina layer. |
