The invention relates to propulsion engineering and serves for air injection to ICE cylinders using exhaust gases. A gasodynamic pressure exchanger comprises a housing (1), a rotatable shaft (2) is mounted with a drive pulley (3) and a cutoff rotor and a distribution rotor (5) rigidly connected thereto, a cutoff rotor ramp (6) with two air connecting pipes (7, 8) and chambers (9), a main ramp (10) with two gas (11) and two air (13) connecting pipes (13) and four channels (15), an upper ramp (16) with channels (17) air and gas chambers, a buffer chamber (23), a heat exchanger (20) with connecting pipes (21, 22) of a cooling system. The rotors have diametrically-spaced windows (25, 27). By air and gas mains the device is connected to input and output collectors with a diffuser and valves mounted therein for regulating air and gas streams and thus controlling boost ratio. The availability of two rotors and contours provides to fill a part of intake stroke with atmospheric air. The boost is carried out by moving of pre-injected air into the collector isolated from atmosphere during the second part of the input stroke using exhaust gases. |
