A screw extruder for briquettes pressing, comprising the interconnected load facility, housing, wherein a loading chamber and a pressure chamber are formed, the last being supplied with a filament extrusion device, the loading and conical extrusion screws, sequentially connected and axially installed, correspondingly in the loading chamber and the pressure chamber, a forming surface of the filament extrusion device being executed conical, the extrusion screw being installed with a gap towards the pressure chamber wall with the effective section formation, the extrusion screw comprising of a sealing and molding areas. The extrusion screw additionally comprising a transition area, located between the sealing area, on which the screw flights are located, and the molding area, executed in the form of a smooth conical surface, the transition area having concave radial surface form of radius R, the loading screw being executed conical, the flights of the screw loading part having an equal diameter, the diameter and the flights pitch of the extrusion screw being chosen with a possibility of the effective section surface change along the length of the extrusion screw in a descending hyperbolic function.2 |
