<p>PURPOSE: A device for measuring the operating feeling of a lever is provided to improve the operating felling of the lever by measuring the variations of the reaction force of the lever according to the applied time variation and the pivoting angle variation of the lever. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the operating feeling of a lever includes a measuring frame(1), a pressure sensor, and a pressurizing unit. The pressure sensor is fixed to the measuring frame and measures the variation of applied pressures. The pressurizing unit includes a housing(3), an air rotary cylinder(7), a pivoting arm(9), a pressurizing plate(11), and an encoder(13). The air rotary cylinder generates torques to rotate a rotary shaft. The pivoting arm transfers the torque to lever to be measured. The pressurizing plate transfers the reaction force of the torque to the pressure sensor. The encoder measures the rotary angle of the rotary shaft of the air rotary cylinder.</p> |
