PURPOSE: A patent searching method and patent searching system using the searching method are provided to input a keyword more accurately by searching and inputting a synonym of an inputted keyword. CONSTITUTION: A main server(110) outputs the first or second search method information based on a search method transmitted from a user terminal. A search operation processing server(120) searches a national language, an assonant and synonym related to the first search method information, includes the assonant and the synonym in the first search method information, and outputs the third search method information. A patent search server(130) searches and classifies patent communication according to the second and third search method information and transmits search result to the main server.
