A digital signature is generable in response to receipt of the authentication source by the input module and transmittable therefrom. The first lock is toggled for one of locking and unlocking the first lock and the second lock is toggled for one of locking and unlocking the second lock. The first lock is toggled after receipt of the authentication source by the input module and unlocked for allowing user action by an authorized individual to the first lock. The second lock is toggled in a first instance in response to the digital signature being detected within a first predetermined time period upon the first lock being toggled for allowing user action by the authorized individual to the second lock and toggled in a second instance and locked within a second predetermined time period upon being toggled in the first instance.
