PURPOSE: An inner and outer measuring device of a circular element for a mechanical tool is provided to inspect defects by measuring the inner diameter and outer diameter. CONSTITUTION: An inner and outer measuring device of a circular element for a mechanical tool comprises an operation plate(20), a gauge(30) and a support stand(40). Elastic bodies are installed on a base(10) of the operation plate. A combining projection(22) is formed on the upper side of the operation plate. The gauge is fixed in the upper one side of the base. A sensing bar touches with the operation plate at the gauge. The support stand is installed and fixed in the operation plate.
