PURPOSE: A transdermal preparation comprising a substrate, rear side, and release paper is provided to transfer sibutamine into human body and to improve medicine compliance. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal preparation comprises: a substrate having sibutramine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and adhesive polymer; a rear side which prevents movement of sibutramine or the salt to the opposite side; and a release paper which protects the substrate and is detached before attaching on the skin. The substrate is formed by dissolving adhesive polymer and sibutramine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an organic solvent and drying. The organic solvent is ethanol, ethyl acetate, methanole, isopropyl alcohol butanol, acetone, hexane, heptanes, or toluene.
