PURPOSE: A cross roller bearing, an angular roller bearing and a manufacturing method of the same at a lower cost are provided to manufacture a cross roller bearing, an angular roller bearing at a lower cost by reducing the number of components in the manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A cross roller bearing comprises an outer wheel(14Or), an inner wheel(14Ir) and a motor(25). Driving faces(21A, 22A) are formed on the inner circumference axis direction center of the outer wheel. A first outer wheel(21) and a second outer wheel(22) are formed on the outer wheel. The first outer wheel and the second outer wheel are separated into two. A first inner wheel(23) and a second inner wheel(24) are formed on the inner wheel. The first inner wheel and the second inner wheel of the inner wheel are divided into two.
