Disclosed is a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for proliferative diseases including cancer, which has an excellent inhibitory effect on PI3K, an inhibitory activity on the proliferation of a cell, excellent stability in vivoand excellent dispersivility in water. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (In formula (I), Q represents a linking group represented by -X-Y-; X represents a single bond, -CO-, -CONH-, -CON(C1-4 alkyl)-, -CS-, -CSNH-, -CSN(C1-4 alkyl)- or -SO2-; Y represents a single bond, an arylene or a heteroarylene; provided that X and Y do not represent a single bond simultaneously; and R1 represents -C0-6-alkylene-(A)m-C1-6-alkyl or -C0-6-alkylene-(A)m-C0-6- alkylene-(hetero ring).).
