PURPOSE: A pumping assembly for regulating a sheet is provided to uniformly distribute frictional force by transforming a frictional material between a cover and a brake gear which are combined with the opening of a housing containing a clutch. CONSTITUTION: A brake unit includes a frictional material(11). The frictional material is elastically transformed after an assembly process is completed. The frictional material includes a contact step(15), a transformation step(14), and a reference step(13). The contact step is contacted with a gear shaft(9). The transformation step includes overlapping gaps. The reference step forms an extra gap. |
