PIGMENTING METHOD OF A PAPER SURFACE AND THE PRODUCED PAPER USING THE SAME METHOD

PURPOSE: A paper surface coating method and the paper manufactured thereby are provided to economically manufacture the paper using a filler for coating the surface of the paper, and to improve the print quality. CONSTITUTION: A paper manufacturing process comprises a dehydration pressing process, a drying process, a surface coating process, another drying process, and an ironing process using a raw material containing pulp, a filler, a drug, and water. The surface coating process uses a coating solution containing starch, fillers(1,1`) and an adhesive(2) to coat the surface of a paper. 30~50wt% of filler is contained in the coating solution.
