PURPOSE: A laser welding method for a seat recliner of a vehicle is provided to secure smooth operation of a shaft connector by welding only an inner cover and a base bracket together. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding method for a seat recliner of a vehicle comprises steps of: forming a laser bypass film(1); coupling an outer cover(21) and an operation plate(22), and a shaft connector(10); placing the laser bypass film on a support plate(11), covering an inner cover(23), and connecting a fixing rim(24) to the edge of the outer and inner covers to complete a recliner assembly; engaging a plurality of protrusions formed in the inner cover with a plurality of protrusion grooves(31) formed in a base bracket(30); and welding along a circular laser-welding line passing through the protrusions and the protrusion grooves. |
