FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydraulic safety valve consists of case with cover, of cup, of ferrule and of drain openings. The case is made of two parts: a lower cylinder one and a coaxial to it upper conical one. On the conical part of the case there is positioned the cover with a built-in fire safety device. Also a circular air outlet and assembling bolts are arranged on the cover. The lower cylinder and the upper conic parts of the case are interconnected with flanges by means of fixture elements. The cup is installed in the lower part of the case. The cup consists of an upper conic cup rigidly coupled with the flange of the lower part of the case and of a lower cylinder cup. A drain pipe is connected to the latter via a branch; the pipe is run through the lower part of the case by means of a packing joint. The drain opening is made in a bottom part of the case. The cylinder ferrule with an expanding conic branch, a closed screen and an exhaust port is mounted in the upper part of the case. The ferrule is attached to the upper part of the case by means of an inclined partition coupled with the drain opening, which is positioned in the upper part of the case. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of process equipment protection from explosion by raising operation speed and reliability of actuation. ^ 1 dwg |
