PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a door for a vehicle air-conditioner and a door manufactured by the door manufacturing device are provided to enhance the productivity by shaping a door with a double infection mold. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a door for a vehicle air-conditioner is composed of an upper mold(210), a lower mold(220), a first slide core(230), and a second slide core(240). The upper mold and the lower mold injection-mold the door. The first slide core is installed between the upper mold and is installed to be able to slide in an axial direction. The first slide core molds a combining part by moving to the space between the upper mold and the lower mold when injection-molding the door. The second slide core is installed to be able to vertically slide in the upper mold and forms a combining recess on the surface of the combining part by descending when injection-molding the door. The door is double-injected from one mold and the combining recess is formed on the combining part.
