PURPOSE: An anodic electrode coated with welding Pb is provided to apply electric energy necessary for electrolysis to an iron material while preventing the iron material from becoming corroded by sulfate solution. CONSTITUTION: An anodic electrode coated with welding Pb comprises steps of: sanding or cleansing the surface of an electrode rod of iron material, maintaining the iron material horizontal, preheating the part of the iron material to be coated with welding Pb to about 200°C, and contacting a hard Pb rod to the iron material and applying heat of the melting temperature of Pb so as to fusion-coat Pb to the fixed thickness on the iron material.
