PURPOSE: A phase contrast X-ray dual image collecting apparatus and a method thereof are provided to obtain an image with the high resolution by maximizing the boundary between organs through a phase contrast. CONSTITUTION: An object is loaded on a stage(30), and the object is moves to all directions. An image collector(60) transmits the X-ray from An X-ray generator through the object and collects images. A terminal(90) performs a signal processing operation with respect to the collected images. The image collector selectively enlarges the collected images and collects secondary images.
