PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of testing an interface between a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card module and a mobile communication terminal are provided to test a connection state of the USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) or the USIM card module and an operating state for an interface between the mobile communication terminal and the USIM card module. CONSTITUTION: A control module(200) reads data recorded in a specific storage area of a USIM card module through an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) reader module. The control module tests a contact interface and a non contact interface between the USIM card module and the mobile communication terminal according to whether recorded data, data provided from a mobile communication terminal, and data read from the RFID reader module are the same. The control module guides the test result through the output device.
