PURPOSE: An arc protection device of an inverter is provided to prevent the damage of the output side of an inverter by controlling the generation of an excessive voltage. CONSTITUTION: A current voltage feedback part(300) feeds back a IS current and a IM current which is provided from the second side of a transformer, or Vsen voltage. An arc protection part(100) outputs an arc protection signal by detecting the IS/IM current which is provided from the current voltage feedback part, and the Vsen voltage. An OLP(Open Lamp Protection) part(200) stops the operation of an inverter according to the arc protection signal which is provided from the arc protection part. The arc protection part comprises a first detection part(110) which outputs a first detection voltage, and a second detection part(120) outputting a second detection voltage, and an arc protection signal processing part(130) outputting the arc protection signal.
