FIELD: motor industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for wheels of vehicles of transport, road, construction and agricultural machine building, making it possible to continue movement even if excess air pressure in tyres is not available. Tyre is equipped with elastic springy elements with rectangular section, which are radially arranged in frame shaped as two layers of continuously wound double-turn element on tube (mould), blown with air. At the same time turns that form the first layer are shaped by means of winding of continuous rubberised wire along spiral around the tube, and turns of the second layer are formed at the right angle to the turns of the first one. ^ EFFECT: improved safety, wear resistance and reliability of tyre. ^ 6 dwg |
